You want to show off your gorgeous products to get sales for your business, so getting the right shots are essential for your socials AND your website. So below I've set out a few tips to keep in mind when taking photos of your products.
Tip 1: Start with some Good Lighting

You don't necessarily need a bunch of lighting equipment, you can easily use a ring light like this one or utilise space in your home or office that gets good natural light! It'll bring out the colours in your products and also it's the most realistic light that your customers will see your products in when receiving their goods.
I tend to use a windowsill
Tip 2: Utilise an Interesting Background

Have a background set up that's relevant to your products! Maybe with more in the background or even a forest theme for your green jewellery with some leaves and moss underneath it.
As you can see above, I took photos during a bath bomb promotion at Lush - so we took photos with the rest of their products behind the model!
Tip 3: Pose using your products

This helps your customer visualise using your products whether it be flowers, jewellery, home decor or clothing.
It adds an extra touch and also showcases how they can be used as well.

So there you have it!
I hope this has been an informative guide and now you're raring to go for your product shoot! Remember to change things up if you feel your images are becoming a bit plain or repetitive.
